Katie Colling who is the founder and manager of Katherina’s Garden a community garden that is seeking to help feed people in poverty with healthy, fresh foods grown right in the neighborhood. Katie was the vice president for RISE for seven years and she is the founder and manager of Katharina's Garden and Compost Program since it's inception in 2017.
