Garrett Menghini, is the owner of Down to Earth Composting, a rapidly growing, hands-on composting service that picks up people's food scraps and returns to them a rich soil conditioner for their home gardens. Garrett shares about his previous career working as an electrical engineer for SpaceX, and a need to find work that was more in alignment with his values - a life that would include care for people and care for the earth.
